IWF Doctoral Seminar on February 2nd
The IWF Doctoral Seminar provides PhD students the opportunity to present their research to professors and fellow doctoral students affiliated with the IWF Institute for Economics.
In the Winter Term 2020/2021 there will be one session via Zoom:
Tuesday, February 2, 2021:
- 14:00 – 14:45: Daniela Wech: „An analysis of the effects of regional aid on municipal finance“ (Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Matthias Wrede)
- 14:45 – 15:30: Lena Müller: „How Do Firms Form Expectations of Aggregate Growth? New Evidence from a Large-scale Business Survey“ (Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Jonas Dovern)
15 minute break
- 15:45 – 16:30: David Hardt: „Can Peer Mentoring Improve Online Teaching? An RCT During the Corona Pandemic“ (Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Johannes Rincke)
Each presenter is allotted 30 minutes plus 15 minutes for discussion.
